problem to enable javacsript


i m new in blackberry  web application.


I have several basic question,so please help me to solve it.


(1) Is javascript enable by default in blackberry web app?


(2)If  javascript disable then how  can i enable it dynamically ?


Note:i don't want to enable it manually, i want some code which enable javascript.


please help me as soon as possible.

Hello, the term "Web application" can be ambiguous, so let me clarify two answers to your questions.


Browser-based Web application:

1) JavaScript was enabled in the borwser by default starting with OS 5.0

2) There is no fully-programmatic way to enable JavaScript in the browser.  However you can use a technique that makes use of the noscript tag and some JavaScript that prompts the user to enable JavaScript.  John Wargo has a nice blog article on how to do this:
