"When we launched CrackBerry.com 10 years ago, we set out to make it a fun and useful destination where BlackBerry Smartphone owners could share their excitement and learn to unleash the full potential of their BlackBerry. A decade later, the CrackBerry community is as active and passionate as ever and I know our knowledgeable members and volunteers will be excited to welcome and assist more BlackBerry owners with their questions."

You try to view an HTML attachment within the email app, isn't it? Or do you create an email with HTML attachment within your app that isn't shown well in any email software?
For the first case, IMHO, here isn't the right place to get an answer since it might be an issue with the email app directly and that could only be answered by RIM directly. You might try to add an issue request in this forum I think: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Downloaded-
For the later, if you wrote an app to create such HTML attachment for an email we might need some more source code here.
