Greetings to all from a Blackberry semi-newbie

I just joined the forum and I'm expecting my first Blackberry courtesy of UPS tomorrow and I couldn't be more excited. I first touched a BB 9650 in January when I started a new position and was issued one by my employer, and immediately fell in love with the darned thing. Smiley Surprised So now I'm finally getting my own a Bold 9930. It will replace a fairly new (gift from my son) htc droid phone that I really dislike. The Blackberry suites my needs perfectly, I just wish I'd discovered these beautiful machines earlier, but better late than never I suppose.

It all starts with learning and maybe even a BBM group to join in to meet others with a BB.

PM me your phone PIN if you want. I have quite a few groups that can be fun to be in.

Re: Greetings to all from a Blackberry semi-newbie

Thanks for the links and advice, I'll be using both. I spent all of last evening getting my 9930 online, email set up, etc. and did mostly just spend time learning my way around and getting comfortable in general. What a great phone, it's just perfect for me and what I want out of a communications device.

My sincere thanks to all or the warm welcome!

Rob
