Hello from Leander

Hello, everyone!

My name is Leander.  I am a 62 year old American physician in southern California.  I have had  my Blackberry Curve 8330 for about two months, but am just learning to use it.  I am starting off by using it only as a cellphone, and am gradually starting to integrate my Blackberry use in with my dialy heavy use of Outlook both within my large medical organization and with my home Outlook.  I have a general interest in computers for now 25 years, and have had many PIMs (personal information managers) over the years.  I am married, have two children and a dog.  I thank those who have already helped me on this forum even in my first few days.

Hi and welcome to the forums Leander! Smiley Happy

I love my curve; you will too as you learn all the things it can do for you.  AND, you've found the place to help you with questions or musing you may have regarding all the things your BB can and will do for you.  You can use the search box at the upper left to find answers to questions.  You can always start a thread in the 8300 forum if you cannot find what you are looking for:

Happy to have you here.  Keep coming back. Smiley Very Happy

Please remember to "Accept as Solution" the post which solved your thread. If I or someone else have helped you, please tell us you "Like" what we had to say at the bottom right of the post.

Re: Hello from Leander

Hi Leander from a fellow SoCal resident!

I have a BB Storm, not a Curve, but this is my first adventure into smartphones too. It sounds like you have already been helped on this forum. I think I got help before I found the Intro board too. Smiley Tongue

I hope you are able to utilize everything that your Blackberry offers. I am still discovering some new and fun stuff, which, of course, keeps me returning to these boards. Smiley Happy

My Blackberry Storm has become a useful business tool, but it doesn't keep my office clean. For that, I turn to an outstanding San Diego janitorial services company.
