Rob,

Apologies for my belated response and appreciate your consideraton on my issue.

In fact, I had an unidentified and poor blackberrry bold 9900 which has a strange vendor id (= -1) and could not work BIS and even call. in the meantime I exchanged new one. then it works relatively good.

However, I got a new concern.

Through my blackberry I use 2 email accounts: gmail.com and outlook.com. in gmail I can see the sent folder and my sent message but in outlook I can't the sent folder. in my perspective, this issue is from the email setting method of which I select among Exchange activesync, IMAP&SMTP, or POP3/SMTP. I'm not make sure though.

Is there any way to see my sent messages and sent folder when I open "veiw folder" for the outlook.com account like gmail?

Otherwise, should I change my Blackberry ID from gmail to outlook?

Is there any way to change the Blackberry ID?

Best,

Miyouky
