Hi!

I recently upgraded to the Blackberry Bold 9700 Flash White and while I love it through and through, it has been giving me problems. I personalize my ringtones.....more so the ringtone that plays when I recieve a text, but it does not always play it. It defaults back to the original BB ringer from time to time. How can I prevent this and why wont my ringtone "stick"?

Thank you.

Is the ringtone stored in device memory or on the Micro SD card?

try moving it to device memory with Desktop Manager.
