My phone internal memory is bad, can it be fixed???

I get a message every time saying the inbuilt memory has an error then it ask if I want to repair some times, wen I choose repair, the phone goes off and never comes on until I have to run the software again. And it still pops same question. What can I do?

From that description, you need formal support, as described above. Hardware issues are neither truly diagnosable nor repairable at an internet distance.

As I said, based on what you report, it is impossible to diagnose at an internet distance. It might be damaged, or it might not be. But, given what you report, I advise in-person support from a qualified BB technician so as to be able to receive what is impossible to receive at this internet distance -- a proper evaluation and estimate.
