I got my Curve 8330 about 2 weeks ago - still trying to figure out some things, such as what data on my PC
can be synch'd to the BB.
I currently use Outlook Express for my email, Day-Timer for a very basic calendar. I was going to move
over to Outlook (I have 2000 onmy PC), to integrate stuff, but I just read that it won't synch with Desktop Manager 4.50
which is what I have. Appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you very much for the help. Sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner - busy with the new job,
and in the process of trying to sell our home (what a nightmare... stress city...).
I'm not sure howto do the "Kudos" - please clarify.
Also, I've been reading some of the posts on the 8300 forum,
trying to figureout how I can save and open Excel files.
I sent myself a couple as attachments, and can view them.
Is there a way to transfer them from my PC, store them, and view them ?
I saw some posts, but was not able to figure it out.
I have Desktop Manager 4.50.15 if that matters, and I'm running XP onmy PC,
and will soon be installing MS Office XP (2003).
Appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Yes, my OS is v220.127.116.11
I do have Docs to go, and upgraded it yesterday to handle Excel files. I wasn't sure how you actually got
the files onto the BB though (except as an attachment).
I do not yet have a media card - probably going to try to pick one up Monday.
Any recommendations on a card ?
I went through your suggestions: BlackBerry 101, Tips and Tricks, etc.,. and remember reading there,
or in another forum/post, that its not wise to keep too large a Contacts file.
I planned to use MS Office Contacts to keep a list of all my customers - so I can add comments
when I make sales calls. I'm not sure how many entries I'll end up with,
but it will probably be at least 100, maybe as many as 300 or more - too many ?
Any suggestion for a better way to keep prospect/customer info, that I can synch between
my PC and my BB ?
