hi to all.  for some time I have been a happy user of my Storm 9530 running v5. I am hoping all of you can get me back to a Smiley Happy   dancingbear.

Want to thank all those who said hi.

 

i was under the impression that the welcome thead was just for that.

 

i posted a message under Blackberry for Mac indicating my greatest problem.

 

My contact App. on the BB is corrupted.

 

i read a thread that Blackberry Desktop Manager was causing problems such as this.

 

Lots of people said HI but no one replied to my thread regarding my major problem.

 

still sad

Sorry you're still having issues.  Not familiar with the Mac myself so cannot help there.

 

Try searching in that forum for a solution to your problem.  Also be patient.  Users there who can help will post to your thread.  As this is a user to user forum, the "right" person may just not have be online to see your thread.

 

BTW, this forum IS for introductions and starting your own thread in the BB for Mac is exactly the correct way to proceed.  Smiley Happy
